This Privacy Policy describes how BridgeTier ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit this website, book a consultation, or engage our services. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control.
Information you provide directly:
Information collected automatically: standard server logs generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and access times, used for security, fraud prevention, and site operation. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or build advertising profiles on this site.
Information from other sources: publicly available business information (for example, your company website) used to prepare for a consultation.
We use personal information to:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only:
This site does not set its own advertising cookies. Essential local storage may be used for basic site functionality. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling — so we can improve it; Clarity may set cookies and collect usage data as described in Microsoft's privacy statement, and we use it only for site analytics, not advertising. The embedded Cal.com scheduling widget sets cookies necessary for scheduling to function, which are governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising, the site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals — our practices are the same for all visitors.
Business data we access in the course of an engagement — documents, systems, records, and workflows — is processed under the applicable engagement agreement and any non-disclosure agreement, used solely to deliver the contracted services, disclosed only to personnel who need it, and returned or deleted at your request upon conclusion of the engagement. We do not use client business data to train AI models without written agreement.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — generally, for the duration of our relationship plus the period needed to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements — after which it is deleted or de-identified. Retention periods for engagement records are set out in the applicable agreement.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and the use of reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to: know what personal information we hold about you; access a copy of it; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; and opt out of marketing communications. As a practice, we extend these rights to everyone we hold information about, regardless of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bridgetier.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, will respond within thirty (30) days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we handle previously collected personal information will be highlighted prominently on this page before they take effect.
